Blueface has pleaded guilty to charges for strip club shooting in a Las Vegas, NV, courtroom.

The rapper (real name is Johnathan Jamall Porter), appeared in a Las Vegas courtroom on Monday (June26). The hearing was supposed to determine if there was enough evidence to bring charges against him. However, instead of going through that process, Blueface pleaded guilty to two charges.

Blueface pleaded guilty to one felony count of firing a gun into an occupied vehicle and one misdemeanor battery charge.

On July 3, Blueface is scheduled to officially enter his plea, and according to prosecutor Nick Portz, the state of Nevada will not object to a probation sentence when the plea is made.

All other charges against the rapper will be dismissed.

The plea brings an end to a contentious case that reportedly originated from a bad joke. As per legal documents obtained by TMZ, Blueface was present at the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas in October 2022 when the individual he allegedly shot supposedly made a comment about the rapper conversing with “some females in a cheap vehicle.”

Blue didn’t enjoy the joke, and allegedly hit the victim “several times”. Security footage shows Blueface pulling out his gun and shooting at the truck as it drove away.

According to investigators, the man’s left hand was grazed by a bullet, and the truck was also heavily shot.

Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman informed Blueface on Monday that if he decides not to plead guilty in District Court, the case will proceed to trial and be scheduled accordingly.

“Mr. Porter, do wish to accept those negotiations?” the judge asked.

“Yes,” Blueface replied.

During the court proceedings on Monday, prosecutor Nick Portz stated that if Blueface successfully fulfills the terms of his probation in this case, he will be allowed to withdraw his plea and instead plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit a crime.

According to court records, Blueface has been on house arrest after posting a bail of $50,000 in November. As part of the plea agreement, once he officially enters his guilty plea, Blueface will be released from house arrest, as stated by prosecutor Nick Portz.
