Boosie Badazz has finally been released on $100K bond after spending a little over a week in jail, and to celebrate the moment, he dropped a brand-new album.

Boosie posted the video on Instagram early on Saturday (June 24). He appeared with a thicker goatee and Boosie fade, with full excitement in a video announcing his freedom.

“He’s Baaaaaack!,” Boosie shouted into the camera. “I want to thank God, I got cherries on my knees I prayed so much. My family, all the prayer warriors, everybody who came to San Diego to support me. Yeaaaah! Boosie Boo! Yeaaaah!”

He continued “BET I need three tickets! I’ll go to the BET Awards, but I gotta go with my attorneys,” referencing this weekend’s 2023 BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Boosie reaffirmed his fan by saying, “Dat’s me! Boosie Badazz! Dat’s me n-gga! I’m out! Dat’s me!”

He then shouted his name a few more times in front of the camera, announcing that he’s back, and made sure to mention that his new album titled First Day Back is “pressure.”

Boosie Badazz (real name Torrence Hatch Jr.) was behind bars since last week when he was arrested by feds while exiting a courtroom in San Diego, CA. Right after his separate gun case was dropped, his momentary win in a San Diego courtroom didn’t last long as he got arrested by federal agents as soon as he stepped out the building.

It was later revealed that Boosie was being held on multiple gun charges, including “felony possession of a firearm and transporting firearms across highways.”
