Boosie Badazz, who is facing multiple gun charges, will allegedly stay in jail after his bond request was denied.

Boosie will stay in prison following his arrest by federal officials earlier this week after a judge denied the Baton Rouge rapper an opportunity at bond, according to VladTV.

The 40 year-old’s momentary win in a San Diego courtroom didn’t last long. Right after his gun case was dropped, he got arrested by federal agents for a completely different case.

Boosie was taken into custody outside of the courtroom on Wednesday (June 14) as soon as his gun case hearing wrapped. As of press time, the circumstances that led up to the arrest are unclear, according to TMZ.

Back in early May, Boosie Badazz was reportedly shooting a music video alongside local rapper Bully Three when he was initially arrested in San Diego.  the Baton Rouge rapper was detained and charged with four offenses. These include felon in possession of a firearm, concealed carry weapon in a vehicle, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and unlisted owner of a registered firearm. He was subsequently transferred to San Diego County Jail.

Later, Boosie was released on bond from jail. The 40-year-old encouraged fans to chant “fuck San Diego police” at a concert on Saturday night in San Diego, and a video of the scene shows the audience raising their middle fingers. The rapper then snarled on the mic: “Suck my dick you bitches.”
