Kodak Black’s Attorney Calls Out President Joe Biden’s Son Plea Deal: 2 Tiers of Justice?

Kodak Black‘s attorney Bradford Cohen has been receiving media attention lately like his famous client; this time, he is back in the spotlight due to his opinion on President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

According to NBC News, on Tuesday (June 20), Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty to two federal counts of failing to file his taxes, a misdemeanor. The president’s son who has a notoriously troubled history also has a felony gun possession charge that will “go away” if he meets certain conditions. Hunter Biden is expected to serve no jail time for the charges.

Bradford Cohen expressed his displeasure with this news on his Instagram page on Tuesday (June 20), pointing out that Kodak Black was sentenced to three years in prison for the weapons charge. Cohen also suggested that the result would have been different if Kodak Black had been either white or politically connected.

“2 tiers of justice? Kodak was charged for the same crime. Got over 3 years,” he wrote. “Mr. Biden will not serve a day. Feels right? Do FBI agents and federal authorities take cases personally? I’m going to discuss this on my subscriber page.”

Kodak Black was imprisoned for over two years after being arrested in May 2019 on charges of falsifying paperwork to buy firearms. His 46-month sentence was cut short when Trump came to the rescue and pardoned him in January 2021 after promising to donate $1 million to charity. Kodak also received vocal support from many friends including Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
