When the officers approached SpotemGottem’s car, he accelerated and fled from the scene. Additional officers were alerted about the pursuit. However, during the chase, the 21-year-old rapper collided with another vehicle. His car eventually gave out on him and the police caught up to him.

The “SRT” artist made a final attempt to escape on foot and sought shelter inside a nearby shed. However, it didn’t take long for the police to establish a perimeter around the area, surrounding him, and eventually apprehending him.

During the search of his vehicle, authorities discovered one Glock 23 with an illegally modified automatic sear, an extended .40-caliber gun magazine loaded with 19 rounds of ammunition, and an additional loose .40-caliber round. As SpotemGottem did not possess a concealed weapons permit and was driving with a suspended license, he is now facing multiple charges as a result.

Officers accused the rapper and alleged gang member of risking people’s lives and property during the pursuit, which began near the Miami Marine Stadium in Virginia Key.

He appeared in Miami-Dade County court after spending the night in jail. Despite the rapper’s attorney informing Judge Mindy S. Glazer that he was a resident of the Midtown neighborhood, Glazer decided to keep him at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center for at least another day.

According to records, Harden was already out on felony bond when he was arrested again. He was facing charges of fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer and reckless operation of a boat.
