Travis Scott might have just unleashed UTOPIA, but he has revealed that he’s planning to feed the streets with more music.

On Friday (August 11), La Flame used Twitter to inform his fans that there’s still more in store for later this year, especially on the production side.

“Making more fucking beats this year. Shit is tooo fun,” he tweeted.

Among the Ragers, numerous theories arose in response to what this could signify, with some speculating about the possibility of a deluxe edition being in the works, while others hinted at the potential release of an entirely new album.

Meanwhile, Utopia landed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with huge first week sales. The album achieved an impressive 496,000 album-equivalent units in total. This included 243,000 SEA units (equivalent to 330.68 million on-demand streams), a significant 252,000 in pure album sales, and 1,000 TEA units.

With this accomplishment, Utopia secured the third-biggest week for any album in 2023 and the largest for any Hip Hop release. Notably, Utopia’s vinyl sales of 55,000 units also mark the highest count for a rap album since tracking sales began in 1991.

After years of anticipation, Utopia was finally released on July 28. The album came packed with collaborations featuring fellow chart-toppers such as Drake, Future, Beyoncé, The Weeknd, 21 Savage, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, SZA, Young Thug, and Bad Bunny.

The album’s entire collection of 19 songs also made their debut on the Hot 100 chart. Among them, the highest-ranking track is the Drake-assisted “Meltdown,” which secured an impressive No. 3 position. Notably, “FE!N” achieved a No. 5 ranking, marking Playboi Carti’s highest-charting song to date. Additionally, “Parasail” (No. 53) marked Dave Chappelle’s first entry onto the Hot 100 chart.

In 2019, his compilation album “JackBoys” also debuted at No. 1 opening with 154,000 units.
